As experienced climbers, we can handle any job no matter the location of the tree. We not only understand trees, but also the specific tree rules and regulations of Miami-Dade County.
Unfortunately, there is zero oversight of tree companies here. The county only requires a business license in order to legally operate. They do not check for insurance coverage, certifications, or training.
Clients are often fooled when they see flyers and trucks that say "Licensed and Insured”, and assume the companies have been somehow vetted - but that is not the case.
We carry $2M. in General Liability Insurance as well as Worker's Compensation Insurance and are glad to issue our clients certificates naming them as additionally insured.
Be careful when hiring any tree contractor and make sure the company can prove current General Liability insurance and Worker's Comp. coverage. Otherwise, you could be on the hook for any damages or injuries that occur on your property.
